Accessing Opportunities
At Age Exchange, we are proud to provide a variety of opportunities for individuals with support needs, carers and families. Through our grants and fundraising efforts, we strive to make our activities accessible and free for participants. Our programmes often involve short-term, weekly engagements designed to foster connection and creativity.
While we work hard to meet the significant demand for our activities, please note that spaces may be limited. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we can help signpost you to other local resources and organisations that may assist you.


Current weekly projects:
Spaces in these group are open to those with dementia and their carer. To join the groups in Lambeth you must be a resident of the borough. Blackheath groups are open to all. Please note that spaces are limited but we will do our best to accommodate you.
