Accessing Opportunities
Age Exchange’s specialism in Reminiscence Arts, developed over four decades, is used to measurably improve the well-being and quality of life for our participants. Reminiscence Arts is used to empower people in the lives they live in the present.
Within our Creative Dementia Care Programme, we are proud to provide a variety of Dementia groups for People living with Dementia and their carers.
Current weekly projects:
While we work hard to meet the significant demand for spaces in our activities, these groups are open to those with dementia and their carer. Please note that spaces may be limited, but we will do our best to accommodate you. To join the groups in Lambeth you must be a resident of the borough. Blackheath groups are open to all
If you’re interested in joining one of our groups or have questions about our offerings, please reach out to us:
