Creative Dementia in Blackheath
From March Age Exchange will open two new in house groups at it’s centre in Blackheath for people living with dementia and their carers. We closed our old services Tuesday Day Care and Kaleidoscope Cafe in January as funding had run out for these groups.

These are funded projects. Your donation can help keep the groups running. It’s quick and easy to donate.
