Our Vision, Mission and Values
Age Exchange exists to be a unifier disconnected communities, aligning the Cultural Sector, Care Sector, and people who draw on care to deliver radical social change.

Our vision is a world where every person who draws on care can discover and pursue their creative potential, with arts powerfully catalysing opportunity, hope, expression and connection.
This means a Care Sector that is confident in empowering arts and creativity, and transforming skills, focus and capacity within the Cultural Sector.
Together, with our parent charity, Community Integrated Care, we will deliver the change that we want to see in the world.
The values that guide us:
• Respect – the artistic potential of every individual. The validity of their views, creativity and their right to be seen and supported.
• Enable – every individual to build their creative identity with lives of independence, opportunity and joy.
• Aspire – to build powerful user-led communities within arts and culture to challenge inequalities at an individual, institutional and societal level.
• Deliver – exceptional solutions that connect the best of arts, culture and social care to deliver transformational impacts.
• Include – every person, regardless of their perceived complexity or challenge.
