We continue to deliver influential projects nationwide. Uniquely positioned as the only arts organisation embedded within a social care provider—and as part of the award-winning Community Integrated Care—we impact lives from Scotland’s northern tip to England’s southern coast.

Local Heart
At the heart of our mission is our vibrant community hub in Blackheath, which warmly welcomes nearly 180,000 visitors annually. This is our hub for local impact and enables us to reach communities across Greater London.
This dynamic space provides diverse creative and supportive community activities, empowering individuals of all ages to explore their passions and form meaningful connections. This includes our acclaimed specialised programmes for people living with dementia and their carers, significantly enriching lives through visual arts and music.
The community hub also hosts a bustling café, a library, and versatile community rooms. Our accessible and affordable programming includes chair-based yoga, parent and baby groups, rhyme sessions, and dementia-friendly dance.
This local work thrives thanks to our dedicated volunteers and the Friends of Age Exchange, who actively champion our charity through fundraising and community engagement.
