What’s On

Age Exchange hub and the café will be closed during national lockdown

We know last year has been hard for everyone and we thank everyone for their support.

Our Virtual Day Care Service will continue to provide support to 150 people living with dementia and their carers throughout this second lockdown, with activity boxes, singing & movement DVDs, weekly befriending phone calls and information signposting for those who need it.

Our Caring Together groups are now suspended. Unfortunately, we are not to accept new referrals for these sessions.

Please contact us if you are interested in Virtual Day Care support at hello@age-exchange.org.uk

When we resume. The safety of our supporters and volunteers are our priority and we look forward to welcoming you when it is safe to do so. Face masks are mandatory, numbers will be limited, social distancing and hygiene guidelines will be followed.
