Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest and most successful social care charities, supporting almost than 4000 people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, dementia, and complex care needs. The charity is a proud partner of Age Exchange.

It has led the creation of this website and activity programme. These online activities have been enjoyed by the people they support for more than a year – with an incredible response. By opening these opportunities to people outside of the charity through launching the What To Do? website, they hope to bring fun and joy to the lives of many more people.

With support from Leeds Rhinos Foundation, the Rugby League World Cup 2021, the Rugby Football League, Pompey in the Community Trust (the charity of Portsmouth FC) and Age Exchange this website will ensure that people who access care and support enjoy great experiences every day.
