Pregnancy Yoga

Practising yoga during pregnancy has many benefits. It can help you develop a sense of well-being and balance during this exciting time of change. Pregnancy yoga can also help prevent and cure many associated complaints. Simple adapted yoga postures, breath work and relaxation techniques can help prepare you emotionally and physically for labour and the birth of your baby.

Start anytime from 12 weeks pregnant and continue until you have your baby.

It is never too late to join us and no experience of yoga is needed.
