Piroska Virag (Café Manager).  Since 2016, she has been responsible for the training and development of the café staff and many volunteers. Piroska is the point of contact for Duke of Edinburgh Award  scheme candidates at The Exchange. Originally from Hungary, she supports various fundraising ventures for the charity via the café, and is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys wall climbing.
