Chair Yoga is a brilliant way to get the benefits of a full yoga practice whilst being gentle on the body – so it’s ideal for yogis that are less mobile or working with injuries. Expect lots of strengthening, mobilising and relaxation for all ages and abilities. Practice is taking place either seated on a chair or standing (optional). Wear comfortable clothing – no need to wear sports gear.
