Why this course?
This practical session gives a comprehensive introduction to reminiscence work. You will leave feeling more confident in engaging and communicating with vulnerable older people.
This course is particularly helpful if you are developing a person centred care approach. It will help you formulate care plans that incorporate client past histories. The course will also help you work towards organisational aims especially in relation to Care Quality Commission outcome 1 – Respecting and involving people who use services.
