The Memory Makers rehearsing Starting Over
The Memory Makers rehearsing 'Starting Over'

Older People’s Theatre

The Memory Makers meet at Age Exchange to rehearse. The group has been working with David Savill and Malcolm Jones to create a new reminiscence theatre production. ‘Starting Over’ is based on the group’s memories of rebuilding their lives in London after the Second World War. The play is set between 1945 and the opening of the Festival of Britain in 1951. The play will tour care settings, small scale theatres and also play at the newly refurbished Royal Festival Hall.

Should you wish to book the production please contact
Suzanne Lockett or Malcolm Jones at Age Exchange.
