An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Join us for a weekly yoga practice to improve flexibility, balance, strength and to learn relaxation techniques.
The class will be seated with short (optional) standing poses and is suitable for everyone!
Classes are drop in – no need to book!
