A Message from Age Exchange:

We hope that this website has been of interest to you. Find out More is designed to enable you to:
Contribute your own memory to the project if you have lived or worked in Leyton or Leytonstone, or on the Beaumont Estate. To do this simply email a memory relevant to the exhibition themes to davidsavill@age-exchange.org.uk
View the artefacts used to inspire memories throughout the reminiscence project and used within the touring exhibition. These represent only a selection of the many artefacts used in reminiscence sessions. They cannot include music, sound archive material or sensory triggers like smell and taste. The artefacts on the website are theme related and you can see a selection that you may use either projected in a reminiscence group or used for class study, and possibly shown by a teacher on a white board or computer. So just select according to your Interest:

Click on the "artefacts" tab on the left or click here to view them.
Research is a key element to all high quality reminiscence work. So we thought we'd show you who was useful to us in preparing the project and exhibition, and link you to their websites to encourage your own further study or interest.
